Nanning Administration of Industry and Commerce (NAIC) has widely carried out the Scientific Outlook on Development in which the supportive policies and regulations have been fully employed to facilitate the sound steel nuts development of various entities in the market. In particular, it has intensified its support and assistance to the SMEs in breaking their bottleneck of financing.
Since the beginning of this year, NAIC has held various activities with the themes of the Year of Project Construction, the Year of Serving machining parts Enterprises, the Service Year by the Party Organization, etc., including establishing the advisory and guiding spots for starting business at its registration windows that would help the college graduates, laid-off workers, migrant workers and ex-servicemen start their own business; and providing many other services like reservation for door-to-door annual inspection, concentrated annual inspection, “baby-sitting” service and special treatment for special request.
NAIC has done a lot to serve enterprises, such as visiting SMEs to listen to their opinions and establishing the green channel to simplify the formalities and procedures to enhance the efficiency; helping SMEs overcome the difficulties, including the ones in financing by easing the market access requirements; launching the movement of “Red Shield” for protecting farmers to severely crack down upon the fake or inferior goods for agricultural production; and assisting the laid-off workers, college graduates, ex-servicemen and migrant workers returning to hometown to establish their private businesses, thus creating employment opportunities.
